It doesn't seem that Desjardins is actually playing for Tampa Bay this season. I believe he's playing for their AHL team. But his mask is cool, so I'm keeping it in. ;o)
The Lightning goalies are lucky, because they have the best colors to work with. Love the Lightning uniforms!
Edit: I wasn't sure what the "skeleton/skull" type art on the right side represented. But I read somewhere that someone thought it was Eddie from Iron Maiden fame. So I asked my husband, who used to be the biggest Iron Maiden fan in high school, and sure enough he said it was Eddie. He thinks it's from the "Somewhere in Time" album cover, because he has that electric eye. So maybe Cedrick is a Maiden fan?
Edit again: a reader pointed out that it is Eddie of Iron Maiden, but from the 2002 album cover, Brave New World. My husband had stopped listening to Maiden by that time, so he's not familiar with their newer albums. Thanks for the correction!
