Thatcher Demko 2018-19 Mask

Thatcher Demko of the Vancouver Canucks (born December 8, 1995 in San Diego, CA.)

Artist: David Gunnarsson

Thatcher Demko had such an awesome idea for his new Canucks mask. The super cool skeleton version of Johnny Canuck is created by Thatcher and his father. I immediately fell in love with the cool figure, it would look so good on a mask. Thatch and I brainstormed how to build the design and we came up with a cool plan. The rough and raw sketchy style worked perfect with the skating skeleton, or as we named him; Johnny Canuck Rockstar.

James Reimer 2018-19 Mask

James Reimer of the Florida Panthers (born March 15, 1988 in Morweena, MB.)

Artist: David Gunnarsson

Reimer debuted a 2nd mask in January.

...James Reimer’s latest Optimus Reim bucket. This is the direct continuation based on his previous mask. On that mask the transformation from truck to Optimus Reim just started and you could clearly see the truck. Here on this mask the transformation is completed and Optimus Reim is ready for action.

Roberto Luongo 2018-19 Mask

Roberto Luongo of the Florida Panthers (born April 4, 1979 in Montreal, QC.)

Artist: Stephane Bergeron of Griff Airbrush

He debuted a new mask in March (but I only saw photos of it from a couple of games, he went back to the above one after that.)

He also wore a special mask on Februrary 14, 2019:

"Luongo wore a mask with the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School logo to pay tribute to the 17 victims and their families of the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla., a year ago." (The 17 candles represented the 17 people killed.)
